Product Specialist

Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac, Bowling Green, KY

Compensation: $12/hour base plus commission. Our product specialists earn between $35,000 and $300,000+ annually depending on performance, with our top performers consistently earning six figures. The harder you work the process, the more you make, there's no cap on your earning potential.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off each week and one Saturday off per month.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you'll build relationships with customers and guide them through one of the biggest purchases they'll make this year. You'll:

• Develop lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Ask questions and genuinely listen to understand what customers need
• Learn our new and used inventory inside and out so you can advise customers with confidence
• Deliver professional, high quality vehicle demonstrations
• Work through objections and close sales
• Follow up with past customers to build a referral pipeline
• Complete vehicle delivery to GM standards
• Report to your Sales Manager on goals, activity, and performance
• Represent Leachman professionally (Leachman polo and business slacks)
• Complete required training
