First State Community Bank is looking for a detail-driven Loan Operations Specialist - Collateral to help keep our lending operations running smoothly. From reviewing loan files and tracking exceptions to supporting collateral management, you’ll help make sure the details are accurate and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

• Support branches with collateral and loan documentation.
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Track newly booked loans and outstanding exceptions.
• Monitor workflow queues and follow up on unresolved items.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate needed corrections.
• Complete document assignment reporting.
• Look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
• Take ownership of your work and step in where needed.
