Required Qualifications

Manufacturing experience preferred

Previous machine operation experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Stable work history with consistent employment experience

Position Summary
The Operator I is responsible for operating converting equipment, performing quality inspections, recording production information, and ensuring finished products meet customer and company requirements. This position works closely with teammates to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities

Operate converting equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality and perform quality inspections
Record production information and complete required documentation
Package, label, and palletize finished goods
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and stoop as required
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
