POSITION DETAILS

Available Shifts:

• 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Schedules and shifts may change based on business needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Passenger Service Attendant, you will help passengers who require mobility assistance navigate Bradley International Airport safely and comfortably.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting passengers with special needs, including elderly passengers and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
• Transporting passengers from airline ticket counters to departure gates and from arrival gates to baggage claim and the curbside pickup area.
• Providing friendly, courteous, and professional customer service throughout each passenger’s journey.
• Communicating with airline personnel, dispatchers, gate agents, and other team members to coordinate passenger assistance.
• Following airport security procedures and established safety guidelines.
• Maintaining awareness of passenger safety and reporting incidents or unusual situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Completing required service records and other assigned documentation.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

 

Additional Opportunity: Employees may also assist with catering security inspections for Flying Food Group when trained and assigned. Training will be provided.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent passenger service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must successfully complete required fingerprinting, background screening, and applicable security requirements.

 

Experience is welcome, but prior passenger service or catering inspection experience is not required. Training will be provided.

 

JOB FAIR LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Bradley International Airport — Terminal A
Windsor Locks, CT 06096

Interview Location: Huntleigh USA workstation next to the American Airlines ticket counter.

Where to report: Upon arrival, go to the American Airlines ticket counter in Terminal A and ask for the Huntleigh USA Supervisor.

Parking Instructions:

• Park in the airport parking garage or another available airport parking lot.
• From the parking garage, take the skybridge on the third floor into the terminal.
• Follow the signs to Terminal A and locate the American Airlines ticket counter.

Parking fee: Approximately $8 per hour; verify current airport parking rates before arrival.
