Job Range: $20.22 - $25.27

This role is eligible for a remote work rotation on Mondays and Fridays!

Shift: Monday -  Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (subject to change based on business demands)

As a Member Solutions Specialist, you’ll work directly with members who have past-due accounts, helping them understand where things stand and what options may be available. You’ll listen, ask questions, establish payment arrangements when appropriate, and provide clear next steps—all while approaching difficult conversations with professionalism and respect.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with members about past-due accounts through phone, email, and correspondence, providing clear and respectful information about their account
• Listen to understand what may be contributing to the delinquency and help identify appropriate repayment options or next steps
• Establish payment arrangements, assist with extensions and account updates, and support early resolution of delinquent accounts
• Review  account information and delinquency reports, research discrepancies, and make sure records remain accurate and current
• Document member interactions and account activity thoroughly while following established collection, recovery, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Work closely with the Member Solutions team to communicate concerns, follow up on accounts, and help create consistent, supportive experiences for members

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Customer Service, Collections, Financial Services, or related experience is preferred
• A basic understanding of collections or account-servicing processes
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• The ability to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism, patience, and respect
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• The ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities
• Basic proficiency with computers and everyday office software
• A dependable, collaborative approach with strong follow-through
• Customer service and/or collections experience preferred
• Credit Union, Banking, or Financial Institution experience is a plus!
