The Parking Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while collecting parking fees, processing transactions, and assisting customers with parking-related questions. This position requires accuracy in handling cash and electronic payments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $20 an hour

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Collect and process parking payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Balance cash drawer and complete daily reconciliation reports.
Assist customers with parking rates, directions, and general inquiries.
Monitor parking equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous cashier, customer service, retail, or parking experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
