ServiceNow Scoped / Custom Application Developer

Important: Resources must work from Alpharetta, GA in a 5 Days onsite set up.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Scoped/Custom Applications.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience including scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
• Solid understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics/Data Visualization, and Virtual Agent.
• Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across both familiar and unfamiliar ServiceNow platform areas.
• Experience conducting code reviews and adhering to development best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI, and other GenAI coding assistants.
• Working knowledge of Python and AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Prior ServiceNow implementation experience.
• AWS cloud experience.
