Standard Job Description
As the Control Account Manager (CAM) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for fostering collaboration internally and cross-functionally between Engineering, Subcontract-Management, Business Management, and Program Office
- Monitoring and managing Weapons Team technical and schedule performance; ensuring integration with overall program cost, schedule, and performance
- Performing monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and providing insight to managemen
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) or related finance position
- Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
- Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management)
Desired Skills
- Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Project/program management experience
- Experience with large scale military programs.
- Experience operating in a Agile work cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation)
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership within and customer organizations
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Systems engineering experience
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar w/ LM Aero EV tools to manage programs
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
