Maintenance Supervisor | Evansville, IN | Full-Time | On-Site
Multifamily Housing | Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Compensation, Benefits & Perks!
- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent
- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
- Hands on HVAC Experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
