What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll provide homeowners with expert plumbing solutions while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, and equipment
• Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance on every job
• Accurately document work orders, repairs, and job details using ServiceTitan software
• Represent Henco professionally in customer homes and in the community

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington or Oregon Plumber License
• Strong residential plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (Marijuana OK)

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs
• Driving for extended periods between customer locations
• Lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds or more as needed
• Working in crawl spaces, trenches, and confined areas
• Assisting with septic system, underground line, and excavation-related work when required
