Inside Sales Representative

Koch Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to successfully meet our customers’ parts, supplies, and equipment needs!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction via all forms of communication.
Review and process orders from customers and sales teams.
Provide accurate quotations for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial equipment.
Provide quotation maintenance and price study support.
Provide general customer inquiry support for order entry, pricing, and marketing.
Work with all internal teams to ensure customers’ orders are processed timely and accurately.
Provide primary support for parts, supplies, residential and light commercial products to TMs and other sales teams as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School degree or equivalent
Ability to use PC and Microsoft Office suite.
HVAC knowledge a plus!

Must be responsive to customers and exhibit a service and sales attitude,
Ability to problem solve in a positive manner.
Ability to quickly and accurately convert customer information into sales orders.
Ability to understand customer requirements and manage customer relationships.
Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal required.
