Step Up. Take the Lead. Make a Difference.

Are you an LPN who’s ready for more than just the next shift? Southern Health Partners is looking for a confident, organized LPN Medical Service Coordinator to help lead daily healthcare operations at Hertford County Jail.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coordinate the medical team, help keep daily operations running smoothly, support your fellow healthcare professionals, and continue providing direct patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills, leadership abilities, and compassion to make a meaningful difference every day.

If you’re someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys being the person others can count on, this could be the leadership opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Ready to step into a role where leadership meets hands-on care? If you’re an LPN who’s confident, organized, and ready to take ownership, this is your opportunity to lead a clinical team while still making a direct impact on patient care every single day.

  • Respond decisively to medical concerns and urgent situations
  • Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
  • Serve as a vital link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership

Why This Role Stands Out

  • A true leadership role without stepping away from patient care
  • Consistent weekday schedule—no weekends, better balance
  • A collaborative environment where your leadership matters
  • The ability to shape care delivery and influence outcomes daily

Benefits & Perks

  • Company-paid liability and malpractice coverage
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (pre-tax options)
  • Company-paid life insurance + voluntary add-ons
  • PTO starting in your first year
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 401(k) eligibility after one year
  • Bi-weekly direct deposit
  • Ongoing continuing education opportunities
