Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for a nurse who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.

Required Qualifications

• Current Iowa LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehabilitation.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
