A/V Tech - North Campus

Support events, services and projects with audio and visual needs at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus (“PBC-NC”).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support audio and visual needs for campus-wide events, including LifeGroup Bible Studies, special events, and regular, scheduled weekly events
• Support specific needs for Sunday worship services and/or Student and Children’s Ministry programming
• Provide technical services for small to medium-sized events, including audio mixing and graphic support (ProPresenter, PowerPoint)
• Work with Media Operations Director to plan, coordinate, and execute campus-wide projects and production schedules
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of managing those projects
• Assist with maintaining and organizing all technical equipment including venues and storage areas
• Perform troubleshooting duties to anticipate problems, suggest and create solutions
• Provide PBC ministries excellent and hospitable audio/visual solutions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-NC
• Willingness to commit to the Media core values of Passionate, Relational, Excellent, Accountable, Collaborative, and Honoring
• Live production experience in audio, video, and lighting, including audio mixing, video playback, camera operation and projectors and basic lighting skills 
• Possess a working knowledge of production systems signal flow and equipment elements
• Hands-on experience with common digital audio consoles such as Behringer X32, Midas M32, Yamaha, DiGiCo
• Commitment to continuing technical development through various training mediums
• Possess a servant attitude and teachable spirit
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills 
• Strong knowledge of computers – both Windows and Mac 
• Demonstrate the ability to take ownership and self-start
• Ability to work a Sunday – Thursday schedule with flexibility to work nights and weekends as events require
• Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time and to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting/moving gear up to 50 pounds without assistance
