Dental Hygienist (RDH) – FT/PT

**We're Not Hiring a Hygienist. We're Hiring a Provider.** Active Dental | DFW | $50–52/hr Base + Uncapped Production Bonus (up to $65/hr) Most offices treat hygiene as a cleaning shift. We don't. At Active Dental, hygienists co-diagnose with the doctor, own their chair, and get paid like the clinical provider you are, not like an hourly employee filling a slot. **Why Active:** We're a growing private multi-location group across DFW, built on a Four Pillar standard Clinical Excellence, Operational Performance, Patient Experience, and Leadership & Culture that every decision here gets held to. That's not a poster in the break room; it's how we actually run. Backed by our A.C.T.I.V.E.+ values (Accountability, Communication, Teamwork, Innovation, Vision, Empathy, Positivity), you're joining a team that operates with real structure, not one that's making it up as it goes. **The Numbers:** **What Makes This Different:** **Requirements:** Active TX RDH license. Someone who wants to practice at a higher level, not just fill a schedule. DFW — Irving, Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco, Prosper. Apply now.
