Job description
Toni Patisserie & Cafe is a from-scratch bakery in Hinsdale, IL. We are well known for our custom cookies, cakes, and pastries. We are looking for an experienced decorator to join our team.
Required skills and responsibilities:
- Ability to accurately draw in buttercream, create buttercream flowers, and other buttercream piping skills.
- Ability to write on and decorate cookies and cakes, as well as decorate cupcakes, and any other required bakery products.
- Experience with fondant and sugar paste techniques.
- Maintain a cleanly work area.
- Organize work production and communicate well with other team members.
- Some cake related production work is part of the position.
