Job description
Hours: 24 hrs/wk 6am-4pm
Location: Riley Hospital, 705 Riley Hospital Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46202
Summary:
Assists with scheduled and non-scheduled preventative maintenance of various systems and equipment. Performs general building maintenance, inspection, repairs, and general maintenance of the grounds, lots and surroundings. Collects, recycles and removes trash from the property. Performs other related duties as assigned
Primary duties will include but not be limited to:
- Organization and inventory tracking of parts/materials
- Track spending on parts/materials
- Stock deliveries as they arrive
**Prefer stocking/inventory management**
Requirements:
• Requires High School Diploma or GED
• Requires one year experience in general maintenance, building construction or other relevant field.
• Prefer prior hospital maintenance experience
