We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a **Semi-Local Dedicated** account servicing store locations across Arizona and California. Enjoy reliable home time, 100% no-touch freight, and steady weekly miles on a dedicated route. ### **Pay & Benefits** - **Average Pay:** $1,350 - $1,600 weekly (W-2 position) - **Bonuses:** On-Time Performance Bonus available - **Comprehensive Benefits Package:** Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO) ### **Route & Schedule** - **Home Time:** 2 days off weekly (includes a full 34-hour reset) - **Runs:** Multi-stop regional deliveries (Drivers will have layovers on California runs) - **Weekly Averages:** 3.5 loads, 9 stops, and \~1,650 miles per week - **Freight & Equipment:** 100% No-Touch Freight. Top-of-the-line trucks pulling 53’ dry vans and 48’ liftgate trailers - **Primary Terminal:** Phoenix, AZ 85043 ### **Requirements** - Valid Class A CDL license - Minimum **3 months** of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience - Reliable personal transportation to travel to and from the facility in Phoenix, AZ - Clean driving record (MVR) and safety history - Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
