We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

General Purpose:

This position will be responsible for organizing and promoting children's activities this summer at The Peninsula Golf and Country Club.

Essential Duties:

Coordinate and direct children's activities
Work birthdays, holiday parties, and special events
Produce communication materials
Develop unique, creative, and innovative programs and events
Participate in and lead high-energy physical activities, often with multiple children at once
Lift, carry, and transport materials including large panels, bins, and furniture

Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, parents, and employees
Ability to implement and supervise a positive, creative, and entertaining environment while incorporating youth enrichment programming
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to be a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
