**Position:** Direct-Action High-Risk Training Instructor **Type:** Full-time **Location:** Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina **Travel:** 10% **\*\*Contingent Upon Award\*\*** **Position Summary:** The Direct-Action High-Risk Training Instructor (DAHRTI) supports the Marine Raider Training Center by providing advanced direct-action instruction to Marine Forces Special Operations Command personnel attending the Marine Raider Course Phase II, Marine Special Operations Forces Master Assaulter Course, and Marine Forces Special Operations Command Special Operations Forces Fundamentals Course. The instructor delivers classroom, live fire, shoot house, breaching, and tactical training while ensuring strict compliance with range safety and risk management requirements. This position directly contributes to the readiness of Marine Raiders and enablers by developing operational proficiency in combat marksmanship, close-quarters battle, urban combat, and breaching operations. The instructor also supports course logistics, curriculum development, safety procedures, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Duties and Responsibilities:** **Required Qualifications:** **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, and write.
