We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to grow business throughout the Bryan-College Station region and surrounding Central Texas markets.

In this role, you'll develop new business, expand existing customer relationships, and provide solutions for customers in the oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, and MRO sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, territory growth, and customer-facing sales.

Essential Functions
  • Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Grow sales with existing customers through regular visits and account management.
  • Sell hose, pipe, fittings, gaskets, valves, tools, and related industrial products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries.
  • Partner with Inside Sales and Operations to support customer needs.
  • Maintain customer activity and opportunities within CRM.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.
    • Experience, Education and Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience. 
  • Sales experience in oil & gas, industrial distribution, manufacturing, petrochemical, construction, or MRO markets is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hose, pipe, fittings, gaskets, valves, fluid conveyance products, or related industrial products is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
