What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in the production and placement of hot mix asphalt using hand and power tools
• Load, shovel, and move material manually or with equipment
• Operate safely around heavy machinery and construction zones
• Perform site cleanup and maintenance duties
• Support teammates and supervisors with various labor-related tasks

• Reliability and readiness to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operations
• Strong work ethic and ability to remain focused in varied conditions
• Commitment to punctuality and task completion

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer
