ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
• Maintain the safety of customers and guests.
• Ensure all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, wiped clean, and mopped where needed.
• Pick up paper, trash, litter, debris, and clean ashtrays around all gaming areas and machines.
• Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms.
• Clean windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas.
• Clean and maintain employee break rooms.
• Report to the supervisor all unsafe and hazardous conditions.
• Vacuum, dust, clean, and empty trash of all offices, break rooms, and training rooms.
• Clean all elevators, stairways, and foyers.
• Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
• Perform all job functions safely and responsibly. 
• Perform any reasonable request made by your immediate supervisor or any Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must know all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 18 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License. 

SKILLS 

• Must be able to communicate in English effectively. 
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
