Clinical Dietitian

Overview

Department: OFIL DietaryShift: Per Diem, VariableFacility: Olympia Fields Hospital Location: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461Compensation Rate: $39.68/hr. 

Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.  Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.  Provides nutrition education to patients/families.  Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)

2. One year healthcare experience desirable.

Pay Transparency

Olympia Fields Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $39.68. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
