Bakery Supervisor

Lunds & Byerlys Navarre is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $21.50 - $24.50/hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 5:30am - 1:30pm.
BAKERY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Bakery Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

Greeting and assisting customers with bakery purchases
Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
Maintaining a clean department

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2 or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
Previous supervisory experience desired
Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
