Overview
Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for a Dental Insurance Biller to join our established team in the Sunnyvale area. In this role, you will focus on insurance coordination and payments. Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Post insurance payments into dental practice management software
- Submit narrative as requested by insurance companies
- Follow up on denied / outstanding claims
- Send patients’ statements for balances
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a seamless billing experience
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues when necessary
- Assist with coding and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Prior dental insurance billing experience is required
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and terminology
- Experience with in- and out-of-network insurance plans and entering insurance payments
