The IMA Group is hiring a Physician Assistant to conduct independent medical evaluations for Veterans pursuing disability benefits tied to service-connected conditions. You'll bring your diagnostic skills to a structured, assessment-only environment — no ongoing management, no treatment plans, no after-hours pages. Whether you're looking to supplement a full-time role, ease into part-time work, or add a steady side commitment to your schedule, this position flexes to fit.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform detailed physical exams and gather medical histories
• Analyze medical records, imaging, and diagnostic results
• Apply VA disability evaluation standards to your findings
• Draft objective, well-supported reports linking conditions to military service
• Submit documentation through our digital case platform

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Arkansas
• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification in good standing
• Solid clinical background with strong diagnostic reasoning
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Health, Orthopedics, or PM&R is a plus
