Requirements

Licensure: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (BSN preferred).
Psychiatric or Home Health Experience: Preferred but not required.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle with active automobile insurance.
Safety: Current CPR certification and N95 Fit Test completion.

Physical Demands & Environment

Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and kneeling.
Dexterity: Continuous use of hands and fingers for clinical documentation and patient care.
Lifting: Occasional lifting, pushing, or transferring of patients and equipment (>25 lbs).
