In this role, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by running equipment, monitoring production processes, or facilitating the movement of raw and finished good while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production or packaging equipment.
• Utilizing a sit-down and stand up reach truck equipment to facilitate the movement of raw ingredients and finished goods
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines.
• Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate concern promptly.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 8-hour shift OR a 12-hour shift (any day of the week that is assigned)
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a repetitive-motion environment
• Material Handler positions require experience on sit-down and stand up reach truck equipment
• Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment and job duties
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with technology
• Demonstrated success of being a team player

Preferred

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environments.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.

Schedule & Work Environment

• 8-Hour Shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd assigned any of the 7 days of the week)
• 12 Hours Shift (AM and PM shift assigned any of the 7 days of the week)
• Manufacturing floor environment with noise, machinery, and occasional exposure to production material components.

Interviews on Tuesday, November 10 from 12:00pm - 6:00pm at our production facility (7500 Linder Ave, Skokie, IL).
