This is a fast-paced role requiring strong technical construction knowledge and the ability to coordinate in-house employees, subcontractors, materials, and production schedules. The ideal candidate is a proven residential construction leader who can travel and adapt quickly to different project environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee construction operations from framing through final finish. - Lead and coordinate in-house employees and subcontractors. - Manage daily production, manpower, materials, and workflow. - Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and productivity. - Identify and resolve technical and construction issues quickly. - Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. - Enforce safety and quality standards throughout construction. - Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to project teams. - Coordinate with project management and company leadership. - Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and production efficiency. - Travel to project locations nationwide as required. **Requirements** - **10+ years of construction experience** required. - Significant experience with **single-family or multifamily residential construction** . - Mountain building experience is a plus. - Previous Superintendent or similar leadership experience. - **RBC experience/knowledge required.** - Strong technical understanding of residential construction from civil, sitework through finish. - Experience managing both employees and subcontractors. - Proven ability to manage fast-paced construction operations. - Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. - Willingness and ability to **travel in Colorado** **Benefits** - **$100,000–$140,000 salary** - Traveling role with diverse project exposure - **Lodging assistance provided** - Opportunity to work with innovative modular construction technology - Strong project pipeline and long-term growth potential
